Mango smoothie

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 mangoes
  • 4 scoops of ice cream (mango)
  • 400 ml buttermilk
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tbsp syrup (mango)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Peel and pit the mangoes. Cut into small pieces. Blend in a blender with ice, buttermilk, and lime juice. Season with mango syrup. Pour into glasses and garnish with mango wedges, if desired.
