Holiday Salad: More from Sea.

The perfect holiday salad: more from sea. recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Scallops
  • 1,2 kg Freshly cooked mussels
  • 300 g Boiled prawns
  • 200 g Langostinos raised
  • 200 g Lobster meat
  • 100 g Crab meat
  • 300 gr Kamchatka crab meat cooked and released
  • 60 g Crab butter
  • 200 ml Fish stock
  • 1 Spring onions finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Finely chopped dill tips
  1. Briefly sear the scallops in a pan with a little oil, remove them and cut them into small pieces. In the same pan, stir-fry the onions for a very short time. Stir in the crab butter and fish stock with vinegar, salt and pepper to taste and carefully mix all the cooked ingredients in a bowl with the dill and sauce and let it steep. Season to taste.
  2. I refined the sauce with a few spoonfuls of the remaining prawn soup.
