The perfect holiday salad: more from sea. recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 400 g Scallops
- 1,2 kg Freshly cooked mussels
- 300 g Boiled prawns
- 200 g Langostinos raised
- 200 g Lobster meat
- 100 g Crab meat
- 300 gr Kamchatka crab meat cooked and released
- 60 g Crab butter
- 200 ml Fish stock
- 1 Spring onions finely chopped
- 2 tbsp Finely chopped dill tips
- Briefly sear the scallops in a pan with a little oil, remove them and cut them into small pieces. In the same pan, stir-fry the onions for a very short time. Stir in the crab butter and fish stock with vinegar, salt and pepper to taste and carefully mix all the cooked ingredients in a bowl with the dill and sauce and let it steep. Season to taste.
- I refined the sauce with a few spoonfuls of the remaining prawn soup.
