Ingredients
 

  • 400 g Crab meat
  • 1 half Small cucumber
  • 1 bunch Fresh radishes
  • 2 Spring onions fresh
  • 2 tsp Rapeseed oil
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the mill
  • 1 tsp Dill tips

Instructions
 

Preparation:

  • Peel and core the cucumber and cut into strips or cubes. Cut the radishes into sticks, slices or cubes. Clean the spring onions and chop them until they are light green. Cut green leek into thin slices (or replace with chives rolls).

Preparation:

  • Put the cucumber in a bowl and season with a pinch of salt. Add the radishes, leek onion, leek greens or chives and mix everything with 2 teaspoons of rapeseed oil and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice. Let it steep for 10 minutes. Mix in the crab meat and 2 tablespoons of dill and let steep for another 10 minutes
