Crab Salad from North Sea Shrimps / Garnet

The perfect crab salad from north sea shrimps / garnet recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Crab meat
  • 1 half Small cucumber
  • 1 bunch Fresh radishes
  • 2 piece Spring onions fresh
  • 2 tsp Rapeseed oil
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the mill see my KB)
  • 1 tsp Dill tips

Preparation:

  1. Peel and core the cucumber and cut into strips or cubes. Cut the radishes into sticks, slices or cubes. Clean the spring onions and chop them until they are light green. Cut green leek into thin slices (or replace with chives rolls).

  1. Put the cucumber in a bowl and season with a pinch of salt. Add the radishes, leek onion, leek greens or chives and mix everything with 2 teaspoons of rapeseed oil and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice.
