Home Cooking – Farmer’s Feast

The perfect home cooking – farmer’s feast recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Jacket potatoes
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Geezer
  • Salt and pepper
  • 3 Gherkins
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 tablespoon Milk
  • For the salad
  • 1 Red pointed peppers
  • 1 Land cucumber
  • 3 Tomatoes
  • Dressing of your choice
  • Here sweet – sour
  • Fat for frying
  1. Boil the potatoes the evening before, peel them off and cut them into slices and add salt and pepper. Park overnight in the refrigerator.
  2. Now peel and dice the onion, peel the skin off the crackers and dice as well. Dice the pickles.
  3. Heat the fat in the pan, add the potatoes and fry them after about half the time, add the onions, cucumbers and crackers and fry them with them.
  4. Beat the eggs with a little milk and pour into the potatoes and slowly let set while stirring.
  5. Make the salad during this time.
  6. Serve the fried potatoes with the salad.
