- 500 g Jacket potatoes
- 1 Onion
- 2 Geezer
- Salt and pepper
- 3 Gherkins
- 4 Eggs
- 2 tablespoon Milk
- For the salad
- 1 Red pointed peppers
- 1 Land cucumber
- 3 Tomatoes
- Dressing of your choice
- Here sweet – sour
- Fat for frying
- Boil the potatoes the evening before, peel them off and cut them into slices and add salt and pepper. Park overnight in the refrigerator.
- Now peel and dice the onion, peel the skin off the crackers and dice as well. Dice the pickles.
- Heat the fat in the pan, add the potatoes and fry them after about half the time, add the onions, cucumbers and crackers and fry them with them.
- Beat the eggs with a little milk and pour into the potatoes and slowly let set while stirring.
- Make the salad during this time.
- Serve the fried potatoes with the salad.
