Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Jacket potatoes
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Geezer
  • Salt and pepper
  • 3 Gherkins
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • For the salad
  • 1 Red pointed peppers
  • 1 Land cucumber
  • 3 Tomatoes
  • Dressing of your choice
  • Here sweet - sour
  • Fat for frying

Instructions
 

  • Boil the potatoes the evening before, peel them off and cut them into slices and add salt and pepper. Park overnight in the refrigerator.
  • Now peel and dice the onion, peel the skin off the crackers and dice as well. Dice the pickles.
  • Heat the fat in the pan, add the potatoes and fry them after about half the time, add the onions, cucumbers and crackers and fry them with them.
  • Beat the eggs with a little milk and pour into the potatoes and slowly let set while stirring.
  • Make the salad during this time.
  • Serve the fried potatoes with the salad.
