Ingredients for 20 servings:

  • 8 tbsp paprika powder, sweet
  • 5 tbsp cumin powder
  • 4 tbsp oregano
  • 4 tbsp salt
  • 3 tbsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 tbsp black pepper, freshly ground
  • 2 tbsp white pepper, freshly ground
  • 2 tbsp baking cocoa, dark
  • 1 tbsp allspice powder
  • 1 tsp clove powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder

The mix is ​​deliberately not very hot, as you can easily add more spice to your taste with fresh chili peppers or something similar. The spice also goes well with egg dishes, chili sin carne, chili pots made from diced beef, stews and soups (tomato-based)…
