Ingredients

  • 600 g Cereal
  • 240 g Flour
  • 200 g Brown sugar
  • 6 tbsp Liquid honey
  • 2 Eggs
  • 200 g Melted butter

Instructions

  • Note 1: You can divide the muesli mixture according to your taste and if you like it more fruity, you can also add finely chopped dried fruit. For me it was 200g chocolate and 200g crunchy muesli from Alnatura, 100g oat flakes and 100g sunflower seeds.
  • Mix the muesli with the flour and brown sugar.
  • Make a well in the middle and add the eggs, melted butter and honey. (Vary with the honey ... the mass must be moist and sticky) Knead well.
  • The mass is exactly enough for a baking sheet! I took two small forms because I first had to test how far I could get. Now line the baking sheet with wet baking paper and spread the mixture on it with the pallet.
  • Bake in the oven preheated to 180 ° C, top and bottom heat for about 15-20 minutes. Divide as desired with a sharp knife while it is still hot.
