Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 ml soy milk (soy drink), or oat milk, almond milk, etc.
  • 50 ml oil, neutral
  • e.g. lemon juice
  • e.g. herbs, fresh or frozen

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 minute; Total time approx. 1 minute

Soy cream, oat cream, almond cream

Mix the plant-based milk with the oil thoroughly. Add lemon juice and/or herbs, if desired, and refrigerate until ready to use.
