Homemade sweet mustard

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 tbsp mustard, medium hot
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp brown cane sugar
  • 1 tbsp honey, dark, e.g. forest honey
  • 1 tsp cinnamon, fine
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds, yellow, fine
  • 1 tsp chives, shredded or fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 15 minutes

Gradually combine all ingredients with a whisk until a light, creamy mixture forms. Then transfer to an airtight container and let it rest or steep in the refrigerator for 24 hours. Always keep it cool.
