Homemade Tomato Sauce with Chives

Ingredients
 

  • 1000 g Tomatoes
  • 0,5 bunch Chives
  • 100 g Tomato paste
  • 2 piece Garlic cloves
  • 500 ml Homemade vegetable broth
  • 1 tsp Hot paprika powder
  • 1 tbsp Sea salt
  • Sunflower oil

Instructions
 

  • Wash the tomatoes and dice them, wash the chives and cut into rolls, put both aside.
  • Fry the tomato paste and garlic in hot oil, then add the diced tomatoes. Cook for 30 minutes until the tomatoes have crumbled. Gradually add the vegetable stock.
  • Then brush through a fine sieve or puree, put back in the pot. Now add the remaining ingredients, bring the whole thing to the boil and finish cooking over medium heat for 5 minutes, season again if necessary.
