Goat cheese on pear, with caramelized walnuts and pomegranate seeds

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 large pear(s), ripe
  • 100 g goat’s cheese
  • 1 handful of walnuts
  • 4 tsp pomegranate seeds
  • 1 shot of maple syrup
  • n. B. Crema di Balsamic vinegar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Peel the pear and cut into four slices. Place in a baking dish. Place the goat cheese on top of the pear slices and bake in an oven preheated to 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 10-15 minutes. Heat a pan and caramelize the walnuts with the maple syrup. Arrange the pears and goat cheese on plates with the walnuts and sprinkle with the pomegranate seeds. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar for a bitter note and serve warm.
