Honey Butter

The perfect honey butter recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 100 g Butter
  • 50 g Honey
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 0,5 tsp Ground cinnamon
  1. Butter and honey – I still had a bit of heather honey and found the variant particularly aromatic – stir creamy with the mixer and pour into a sealable glass. The honey butter will last a good week, but should be stored in a cool place.
  2. My tip for the Christmas season: Add 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon to the honey butter, if you like.
