Honey Butter
The perfect honey butter recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 100 g Butter
- 50 g Honey
- 1 pinch Salt
- 0,5 tsp Ground cinnamon
- Butter and honey – I still had a bit of heather honey and found the variant particularly aromatic – stir creamy with the mixer and pour into a sealable glass. The honey butter will last a good week, but should be stored in a cool place.
- My tip for the Christmas season: Add 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon to the honey butter, if you like.
