Honey Crater
The perfect honey crater recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For the dough
- 120 g Soft butter
- 50 g Sugar
- 1 packet Bourbon vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 50 g Acacia honey
- 1 Egg
- 200 g Wheat flour
- 0,5 tsp Baking powder
For the filling
- 100 g Sour cream 24% fat
- 10 g Acacia honey
- Stir the butter with the hand mixer. Stir in sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and honey. Then stir in the egg. Stir the flour and baking powder into the mixture.
- Place the dough with two teaspoons on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Make a depression in the middle of the pile with your finger. Dip your finger in flour over and over again.
- For the filling, stir the sour cream and honey until smooth, fill in a freezer bag and cut off one corner. Then squirt into the well of the biscuits.
- Bake at 180 ° C top and bottom heat for 12-15 minutes.
