Puff Pastry Vegetable Bags

- 1 role Puff pastry
- 1 Sliced carrots
- 100 g Cauliflower
- 100 gr Broccoli
- 2 Eßl Sour cream
- 2 Eßl Herbal cream cheese
- 2 Eßl Grated cheese
- 1 pinch Nutmeg
- 1. Wash, peel and slice the carrots, then divide the broccoli and cauliflower into small florets and simmer in the salted water or vegetable stock for about 6 minutes, then drain and let cool down a little. 2. Mix the cream cheese and sour cream with the grated cheese. If it is too thick for you, add 1 shot of the vegetable stock or milk and stir in the vegetables. 4. Roll out the puff pastry (fortunately it can already be bought) 🙂 Spread the vegetables on top and make 4 bags out of them. 5. Brush with egg yolk and bake for 15-20 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 ° golden yellow. We also had turkey schnitzel, but it also goes well with a mixed salad. Bon appetit !!!
