Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g mayonnaise
- 150 g yogurt
- 30 g honey
- 30 g mustard
- 10 g dill, chopped
- Salt
- pepper
- 3 slices of white bread
- some lettuce
- 2 slices of cooked ham
- 2 slices of cheese
- 4 slice(s) egg(s), hard-boiled
- 4 slices of cucumber
- 4 slice(s) of tomato(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
as a snack or in between meals, easy to prepare in the evening
Cream: Mix honey, mustard, mayonnaise and yogurt together until smooth. Then add dill, salt and pepper and mix well. Sandwich: Spread some of the cream on the first slice of white bread. Place half of the ingredients on top in the order given. Place the second slice of white bread on top and press down lightly. Spread with cream. Place the remaining ingredients on top and place the third slice of white bread on the sandwich and press down lightly again. Cut diagonally. The sandwich can now be eaten immediately or wrapped up and used as a snack. The sandwich can also be made the night before and stored in the refrigerator for use the next day. The remaining cream will keep for a few days if kept tightly closed in a plastic container in the refrigerator.
