Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ½ pack of cornflakes (Kellogspops), or honey pops
  • 125 g margarine or butter, low-fat
  • 125 g candy(s) (biter)
  • 250 g sunflower seeds

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes

Roast sunflower seeds in a nonstick pan. Melt margarine or butter, add the flour, and let it melt. Stir well. Finally, add the Kellogg’s pops and the roasted sunflower seeds and mix. Spread on a plate, place in the refrigerator, and let harden. Then cut into pieces. My mom got this recipe from a colleague at work, and it’s always a clever snack. Even for kids.
