Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 4 corn cobs
- 50 g butter, melted
- 2 tbsp coriander greens, fresh, chopped
- 1 small can of tomato paste, Italian
- ¼ tsp chili powder or 1 small finely chopped chili pepper
- 1 garlic clove(s), finely chopped
- Salt
- 1 cup sour cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Cut the corn cobs into approximately 3 cm thick slices. Bring water to a boil in a large pot. Add the corn and simmer until tender. Combine melted butter, chopped cilantro, tomato paste, chili powder, garlic, and salt in a large bowl and mix. Add the still-warm corn cobs to the spice mixture and mix well. Serve immediately with sour cream.
