Hot chili corn

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 4 corn cobs
  • 50 g butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp coriander greens, fresh, chopped
  • 1 small can of tomato paste, Italian
  • ¼ tsp chili powder or 1 small finely chopped chili pepper
  • 1 garlic clove(s), finely chopped
  • Salt
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cut the corn cobs into approximately 3 cm thick slices. Bring water to a boil in a large pot. Add the corn and simmer until tender. Combine melted butter, chopped cilantro, tomato paste, chili powder, garlic, and salt in a large bowl and mix. Add the still-warm corn cobs to the spice mixture and mix well. Serve immediately with sour cream.
