Hot Chilli Corn

The perfect hot chilli corn recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 size Corn on the cob
  • 40 g Butter
  • 2 tbsp Coriander finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 0,25 teaspoon Chili
  • 1 tbsp Sour cream
  1. Put the corn on the cob in a pot with water and let it boil until soft. Then cut into 3 cm thick round slices. Put the butter, coriander, tomato paste and chilli in a pan and add the corn on the cob. Serve immediately with the sour cream
