  • 1 packet Spring roll dough

Instructions

Crunchy biscuit tart, mascarpone cream, strawberries

  • Cut out the sponge cake with a glass, brush with chocolate and dip into the crushed cornflakes. Refrigerate. Mix the mascarpone with the powdered sugar and lemon zest, fold in the cream and pour into a skin-pass bag. Arrange the cream on the tartlet, cover with strawberries and garnish with mint if necessary.

Three things in the glass: mint strawberries, vanilla cream, almond sprinkles

  • For the crumble, knead the butter, sugar, egg yolk with cinnamon, flour, oat flakes and almonds, crumble on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes at 190 degrees. Then let it cool down.
  • For the cream, mix the sour cream with the powdered sugar, vanilla pulp and grappa.
  • Clean and chop the strawberries and stir in the brown sugar. If possible, let it steep for 30 minutes. Chop the mint and mix in as well. In the glass first the strawberries, then the cream, then the crumble.

Chocolate covered strawberries

  • Melt the chocolate. Dip the strawberries and sprinkle with toppings such as nuts or colorful sprinkles.
