How to Avoid Overeating During the Holidays

To ensure that your New Year’s Eve does not turn into an assault on nearby pharmacies, follow some simple rules during the feast:

  • Eat more green vegetables – the fiber in the composition will create a feeling of fullness and will not allow you to lose control over yourself;
  • combine the products correctly – do not combine meat with bread, and eggs with potatoes and cheese;
  • take enzymes before you sit down to eat;
  • drink a glass of water with a lemon half an hour before a meal, and try not to drink it while eating;
  • do not eat fatty meals that take a long time to digest, otherwise, your stomach will have to suffer for 1 to 3 days;
  • exclude dairy products from your holiday diet;
  • Try to avoid dessert, especially on the basis of buttercream.

It will not be superfluous and after the holiday in the morning go for a run or at least do exercise, and then go outside. An exhausted party body will need oxygen and movement.

What you can eat when poisoned and how to help yourself

If after all, you can not cope with the overwhelming desire to try absolutely everything that was on the holiday table.

If you do not feel well in the morning, you should understand whether you want to eat or not. If not, you can do it with plenty of fluids and provide yourself with plenty of drinking. If hunger is still felt, the diet will come to the rescue:

  • bananas;
  • rice;
  • apples;
  • toast.

Your diet for 3 days will consist only of these products. Eat so as not to feel nauseous, but also to be full. At the end of this period, you can eat boiled eggs, fresh fruit, steamed vegetables, and white meat a little at a time.
