Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g fusilli
  • 150 g butter
  • 150 g breadcrumbs
  • e.g. applesauce
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Pasta with toasted breadcrumbs and apple sauce, quick and easy, vegetarian, traditional

Cook the pasta in salted water. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a pan, add the breadcrumbs, and brown well, stirring occasionally. Drain the pasta and toss it well with the butter and breadcrumb mixture. Done! Traditionally, bostylt is served with plenty of apple sauce.
