Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 750 g pork
- 5 onions
- 4 tbsp lard
- 1 tbsp paprika powder
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp caraway seeds
- Salt
- 500 ml meat broth, warm
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cut the meat into small pieces. Slice the onions into rings and fry until medium brown. Add the meat and continue frying. Season with salt, pepper, tomato paste, caraway seeds, and broth. The meat must be completely covered. Cook for about 2 hours. Season with paprika at the end. Goes well with pasta or dumplings.
