Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g minced beef or mixed
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 3 onions, chopped
  • 400 g potatoes, peeled, diced
  • 1 ½ liters of meat broth
  • 1 can of tomatoes including liquid
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 small can of tomato paste
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, hot
  • Parsley, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

with minced meat

Brown the minced meat in oil. Add the onions and season. Add the potatoes, fry briefly, deglaze with the meat broth, and simmer for 20 minutes. Stir in the tomatoes, corn, and tomato paste and simmer for another 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika, and serve sprinkled with parsley. Serve with fresh white bread.
