Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 onions, cut into thick rings
  • 6 large potatoes
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 2 tbsp paprika powder, sweet
  • 1 cup of cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Fry the onions in fat, peel the potatoes, slice them, add them, fry them slightly, and cover with water. Add salt, pepper, and paprika and cook until the potatoes are tender. Finally, add the cream and season with salt and pepper.
