Hungarian salami salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g salami, Hungarian
  • 3 bell peppers, red, green, yellow
  • 2 onions
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • salt, pepper
  • Paprika powder, sweet and hot
  • 125 ml meat broth, hot
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 4 sprigs of parsley

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

a simple but spicy salad

Cut the salami into thin sticks. Wash, deseed, and finely slice the bell peppers. Peel and finely dice the onions and garlic. Cut the tomatoes into eighths. Mix everything together. Make a marinade from the wine vinegar, salt, pepper, paprika, meat broth, and oil and pour it over the salad. Finally, chop the parsley and stir it into the finished salad.
