Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 m.-large white cabbage
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 2 m.-sized onion(s)
- 2 packs of sauce (cream roast sauce)
- 250 ml chicken broth
- Salt and pepper, paprika
- Sauce thickener, dark
Instructions

Not as much work as cabbage rolls, but just as tasty!
Remove the outer leaves of the white cabbage and the middle stalk. Cut the white cabbage into small, bite-sized pieces, then wash and drain. Sauté the mixed mince with the finely chopped onions, season with pepper, salt, and paprika. Remove the mince and sauté the white cabbage pieces in the same pot. Add the mince, mix both ingredients, and pour in the chicken stock. Simmer for about 30 minutes. Add the creamed roast gravy, season again to taste, and thicken with a gravy thickener. Serve with mashed potatoes.
