Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 ml water, boiling
  • e.g. beef broth, instant
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp processed cheese, light 10%
  • 1 onion(s), chopped
  • 200 g mushrooms, fresh
  • 1 tsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Sauté finely chopped onion and sliced ​​fresh mushrooms in 1 teaspoon of oil. Meanwhile, pour boiling water into a measuring jug. Instantly stir in beef broth to taste. Stir in tomato paste and, if desired, refine with 1 tablespoon of processed cheese. Add the sauce mixture to the onions and mushrooms, bring to a boil, and simmer for 1 minute. Tastes great as a base sauce for meatballs, meat, etc. 2 points for a delicious sauce.
