Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g margarine or butter
  • 125 g sugar
  • 5 drops of bitter almond flavor
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 275 g flour
  • Jam (blackcurrant jelly), warmed

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour

Cream the margarine or butter until fluffy, then stir in the sugar and egg yolks one at a time. Finally, stir in the flour and knead. Form into balls and make a hole in the center with a wooden spoon. Bake at 200°C for about 12 minutes. After baking, sprinkle with powdered sugar and fill the holes with the jelly while the cookies are still warm.
