Ingredients for 30 servings:
- 6 eggs, separated
- 6 tbsp water, warm
- 180 g sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 180 g flour
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 2 packs of cream cheese
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 cups of cream (whipped cream)
- 500 g berries, fresh or frozen

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 40 minutes
very fruity, light, not too sweet, simply delicious
For the dough, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Beat the sugar, egg yolks, and water until frothy. Then add the flour and baking powder, then fold in the beaten egg whites. Spread onto a baking sheet and bake at 160°C for about 20 minutes. Let the dough cool. Beat the cream cheese and whipped cream together, then mix in the sugar and chopped berries. Spread onto the dough and refrigerate for 2 hours.
