Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cake base, ready-made product or home-baked
  • 1 liter of milk
  • 1 cube of coconut oil
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 30 minutes

Heat the milk, coconut oil, and sugar and mix well. Let the mixture cool slightly, then add the cocoa and eggs and mix well. Then refrigerate the mixture for 24 hours. Whisk vigorously and spread evenly over the cake base. Store in the freezer until ready to serve. Instant cocoa in various flavors can also be used instead of cocoa.
