Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 cake base, three-part, dark
- 12 chocolate kisses
- 1 package of chocolate kisses, Coco Cabana (mini coconut chocolate kisses in 3 colors)
- 250 g cream cheese
- 2 cups of cream
- 1 dash of lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Whip the cream until stiff. Separate the wafers from the chocolate kisses and set them aside (don’t throw them away!). Transfer the mixture to a large bowl. Add the quark and lemon juice and mix gently, but not for too long. Fold in the whipped cream. Fill the three cake layers with the mixture, also smoothing the edges. Arrange the wafers on the edges to decorate, and arrange the coconut mini kisses on top like frosting on a cake. Refrigerate.
