- 300 ml Milk
- 1 Branch Rosemary fresh
- 200 ml Cream
- 100 g Sugar
- 2 Limes untreated
- Bring the milk with the sugar and rosemary to the boil and allow to cool then remove the rosemary.
- Add the cream to the milk, rub the peel of the limes and then squeeze out the juice. Add everything to the milk cream and place in the ice cream maker for about 20 minutes.
