Ingredients
 

  • 200 ml Milk
  • 200 ml Cream
  • 110 g Sugar
  • 8 Egg yolk
  • 3 Tonka beans

Instructions
 

  • Bring the milk, cream, the grated tonka beans and some of the sugar to the boil. Beat the egg yolks with the rest of the sugar, add the milk and cream mixture and steam over the rose. Let cool down and put in the ice cream maker.
