Ice Cream: Veggi – Cool

The perfect ice cream: veggi – cool recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Frozen strawberry
  • 150 ml Vegan whipped cream
  • 2 tbsp Rice syrup
  • 2 piece Strawberries
  • 1 branch Mint

The day before

  1. Clean the strawberries and freeze them cut. They should be well frozen and the mixer should already have some power 🙂

Veggi ice cream … it’s cool 🙂

  1. Put the frozen strawberries in the blender, pour the cream and pour the rice syrup on top …
  2. 3 …. screw on the fly knife, screw it onto the mixer and mix briefly a few times.
  3. Put in a bowl, add a little syrup and trap the strawberries on the edge – it was delicious 🙂
