  • 50 ml Milk
  • 4 Egg yolk
  • 30 g Sugar
  1. Bring the syrup, cream and milk to the boil. Beat the egg yolk and sugar over steam, add the cream-milk mixture and peel off the rose, let it cool and put in the ice cream maker.
