- 100 g Elderflower syrup
- 100 g Cream
- 50 ml Milk
- 4 Egg yolk
- 30 g Sugar
- Bring the syrup, cream and milk to the boil. Beat the egg yolk and sugar over steam, add the cream-milk mixture and peel off the rose, let it cool and put in the ice cream maker.
