Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 lemons
  • ½ head of iceberg lettuce
  • 150 g low-fat yogurt
  • n. B. sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

my favorite salad

Wash and shred the lettuce, and place it in a bowl. Squeeze 2 lemons and pour the juice over the salad. Add the yogurt. Season with sugar (I always use about 5 tablespoons).
