Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 m.-large iceberg lettuce
- 1 cup of cream
- 1 small onion(s)
- Salt
- 2 tsp herbs de Provence
- Vinegar
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Pick the lettuce or dice it. Wash and drain well. Mix the remaining ingredients to make salad dressing and stir it into the lettuce. Delicious with candied fried potatoes or other dishes.
