Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 ml espresso
  • 200 ml oat milk (oat drink)
  • 7 ice cubes
  • 3 tsp brown sugar
  • n. B. Cinnamon powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 8 minutes

First, prepare the espresso in the espresso maker. Fill the bottom section with water and insert the portafilter. Fill the portafilter with espresso powder and cover generously with cinnamon powder; at the end, barely any espresso should be visible. Now screw on the top section and place the maker on the stovetop. When the maker starts to bubble, remove it from the heat and wait. Now pour the brown sugar into a cup and pour the espresso over it. Top with oat milk and finally add the ice cubes. Note: The ice cubes will dissolve immediately. If you prefer it colder, you can let the espresso cool slightly first.
