Iced chocolate

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 100 g chocolate (milk)
  • 125 ml water
  • 500 ml milk
  • 125 ml cream
  • 8 scoops of ice cream (vanilla)
  • e.g. chocolate sprinkles
  • e.g. cream, whipped

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Break the chocolate into small pieces and add it to a saucepan with the water. Heat, stirring constantly, until the chocolate is completely dissolved. Gradually add the milk and cream. Heat until almost boiling. Then let it cool and refrigerate. Place two scoops of vanilla ice cream into each of four tall glasses and fill with the iced chocolate. Top with whipped cream, sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles, and serve. You can also drink the chocolate on its own—without ice cream.
