Iced orange coffee

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 espressos
  • 2 oranges
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 4 scoops of vanilla or mocha ice cream
  • some cream, whipped stiffly

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 hours; Total time approx. 5 hours 10 minutes

takes some getting used to but refreshing

Let the coffee cool completely for a few hours in the refrigerator or for a shorter time in the freezer. Zest some of the oranges, then juice them. Add the juice and sugar to the coffee and stir well. Divide the ice into 4 glasses, pour the orange coffee over it, and garnish with whipped cream and the orange zest.
