Iced coffee fragola with strawberry ice cream

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 scoops of strawberry ice cream
  • 150 ml milk
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 cup of espresso, warm

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Using a spoon or ice cream scoop, place the ice cream balls into a large glass, such as a latte macchiato glass, and press down slightly. Add the sugar to the cold milk, or an amount to taste, and pour the milk over the ice cream. Then, pour the hot espresso from the coffee machine into the cup and pour it over the ice cream. Alternatively, this will probably work with filter coffee or instant coffee. Personally, I prefer this recipe with warm, strong coffee.
