Iced coffee tonic

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • n. B. ice cubes
  • 250 ml tonic water
  • 50 ml coffee
  • 4 sprigs of mint for garnishing
  • 4 lemon zests for garnishing

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Fill four 300 ml glasses halfway with ice cubes. Pour in the tonic water and coffee. Garnish each glass with a mint sprig and lemon zest, and insert a straw into each.
