Iced coffee with oat milk

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 75 ml coffee
  • 125 ml oat milk (oat drink), without sugar
  • 1 tsp brown cane sugar
  • 3 pinches of cinnamon powder
  • 2 tbsp vanilla ice cream (bourbon vanilla ice cream)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

with vanilla ice cream

Place the cane sugar and two pinches of cinnamon in a glass. Pour the freshly brewed coffee (you can also use instant coffee or espresso) into the glass and stir well. Let it cool. Pour in the chilled oat milk, stir well, and top with the vanilla ice cream and a pinch of cinnamon.
