Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 7 bags of fruit tea of ​​your choice (e.g. tropical, apple, etc.)
  • 1 liter of water
  • 1 kg sugar
  • 25 g citric acid

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes

Boil the water, remove from the heat, and let the tea bags steep in the hot water, covered, for 2 hours. Remove the tea bags. Dissolve the sugar and citric acid in the tea. Pour into hot, rinsed bottles, the syrup will keep in the refrigerator for about 3 months. Makes about 1.7 liters. Serve the well-chilled iced tea syrup with cold mineral water.
