Ingredients

Strawberry mint fruit cream

  • Strawberry Mint Fruit Cream

iced yogurt

  • Yogurt
  • Long-Life cream
  • Chocolate shavings
  • Mint leaf

Instructions

  • When the opportunity arises, start by making the strawberry mint fruit cream first. You can find the link to this in my KB - here - strawberry mint fruit cream spread
  • As soon as you feel like eating the iced yoghurt - it’s all quick!
  • Put the fruit cream in the food processor and add the yogurt. Set the machine to medium speed and let it run for 3-5 minutes. Now add the cream by slowly pouring in the cream.
  • Let the machine run for another 2 minutes.
  • Now prepare the ice cream maker. Today I used the sorbet soft ice cream machine for this. Take the cooling container out of the freezer and switch the machine to ON. Let the finished mixture run in slowly and run in the ice machine for 20 minutes.

TIP

  • If you don't have an ice cream machine - it doesn't matter - just fill it into a correspondingly large container and place it in the freezer until it is firm enough. It takes at least 6 hours for the whole mass to go through.
  • Now fill the portions - it can be kept like this for several days.
