Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

In a nonstick pan, fry the onions, garlic, and ginger in a little oil. Then add the chicken and sear on all sides. Gradually stir in the yogurt and simmer for 15 minutes, reducing the liquid a little at a time. Season to taste and simmer for another 5 minutes on low heat. Finally, stir in the sour cream. It’s best to let the dish sit for a few hours, then reheat briefly and season again before serving. We serve it with basmati rice.
