Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g chicken fillet(s)
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- Olive oil with peperoncino (pickled)
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- Spice mix (Indian spice)
- possibly chili powder
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- Salt
- 2 servings of rice
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cut the chicken fillet into small cubes or strips. Marinate the meat with a little olive oil and the crushed garlic, if desired. Slice the spring onions into rings. Briefly fry the chicken in spicy olive oil, then add the sliced spring onions. If you didn’t marinate the meat, add the garlic now. Sprinkle with Indian spices, add a little soy sauce, and simmer thoroughly. Season to taste with chili and a pinch of salt. Arrange the cooked rice in a ring on a plate and place the meat in the center.
