  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • Olive oil with peperoncino (pickled)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • Spice mix (Indian spice)
  • possibly chili powder
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • Salt
  • 2 servings of rice

Instructions

Cut the chicken fillet into small cubes or strips. Marinate the meat with a little olive oil and the crushed garlic, if desired. Slice the spring onions into rings. Briefly fry the chicken in spicy olive oil, then add the sliced ​​spring onions. If you didn’t marinate the meat, add the garlic now. Sprinkle with Indian spices, add a little soy sauce, and simmer thoroughly. Season to taste with chili and a pinch of salt. Arrange the cooked rice in a ring on a plate and place the meat in the center.
