  • 1 can of tomatoes (approx. 400g), peeled, diced
  • 1 can of tomatoes (approx. 400-500g), pureed
  • 2 onions
  • 3 tsp curry, mild
  • 1 tsp curry, hot (Madras curry)
  • 0.33 tsp chili (crushed chili)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 200 ml chicken broth
  • Milk or coconut milk as needed
  • 1 tsp cornstarch

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Dice the turkey. Sauté the onions in a little oil. Then add the meat. When the meat is halfway cooked, add the spices, stir, and brown. Then pour it into a saucepan and add the tomatoes and 200ml of chicken stock, simmering until tender. If necessary, thin with milk or coconut milk to thicken the sauce. Serve with rice. Tip: If you like, you can replace half of the meat with vegetables. Add these to the meat later, of course.
