Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 300 g leek
  • 250 ml broth, dissolved
  • 250 ml sour cream
  • 1 tsp curry

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Brown the minced meat with the onion, pour in the dissolved broth, and simmer for 10 minutes. Add the sliced ​​leek and simmer for another 10 minutes. Add the sour cream, bring to a boil, thicken if necessary, and add a teaspoon of curry powder. This goes just as well with rice, as do potatoes.
