Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced meat
- 1 onion(s)
- 300 g leek
- 250 ml broth, dissolved
- 250 ml sour cream
- 1 tsp curry
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Brown the minced meat with the onion, pour in the dissolved broth, and simmer for 10 minutes. Add the sliced leek and simmer for another 10 minutes. Add the sour cream, bring to a boil, thicken if necessary, and add a teaspoon of curry powder. This goes just as well with rice, as do potatoes.
