Indian Potato Pancakes

The perfect indian potato pancakes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Pc. Potato, coarsely grated
  • 0,5 tsp Pressed garlic
  • 0,5 tsp Salt
  • 1 pinch Chilli powder
  • 1 pinch Mango powder
  • 1 tsp Oil
  1. Wash the grated potato well and remove the starch.
  2. Then add all the other ingredients and mix well.
  3. Shape into a buffer and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes. You can also bake the buffer in a Teflon pan, but then I prefer to sprinkle the chilli powder and mango powder on top after baking.
  4. If you don’t have mango powder, you can also use a pinch of dry salad dressing mixture. That also gives a similar sour taste.
