Ingredients

  • 1 Potato, coarsely grated
  • 0,5 tsp Pressed garlic
  • 0,5 tsp Salt
  • 1 pinch Chilli powder
  • 1 pinch Mango powder
  • 1 tsp Oil

Instructions

  • Wash the grated potato well and remove the starch.
  • Then add all the other ingredients and mix well.
  • Shape into a buffer and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes. You can also bake the buffer in a Teflon pan, but then I prefer to sprinkle the chilli powder and mango powder on top after baking.
  • If you don't have mango powder, you can also use a pinch of dry salad dressing mixture. That also gives a similar sour taste.
