Indian Potato Pancakes
The perfect indian potato pancakes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Pc. Potato, coarsely grated
- 0,5 tsp Pressed garlic
- 0,5 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Chilli powder
- 1 pinch Mango powder
- 1 tsp Oil
- Wash the grated potato well and remove the starch.
- Then add all the other ingredients and mix well.
- Shape into a buffer and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes. You can also bake the buffer in a Teflon pan, but then I prefer to sprinkle the chilli powder and mango powder on top after baking.
- If you don’t have mango powder, you can also use a pinch of dry salad dressing mixture. That also gives a similar sour taste.
