Ingredients
- 1 kg Ground beef
- 2 piece Fresh mango
- 1 liter Coconut milk
- 5 Pc. Parsnip fresh
- 5 Pc. Fresh carrots
- 3 pole Leek
- 6 Pc. Spring onion
- 1 tube Paprika paste
- 4 tsp Turmeric spice
- 6 Tl Garam masala
- 500 ml Vegetable stock
- 5 To Sea salt
- 3 El Rapeseed oil
Instructions
- Chop all vegetables according to taste and preference, dice the mangoes.
- Sear the minced beef in hot rapeseed oil
- Put the roast, vegetables and mangoes in an ovenproof casserole and deglaze with the vegetable stock and coconut milk. Stir in the spices with the paprika paste.
- Let the pot simmer in the oven at 160 degrees for 2 hours. Maybe adjust the consistency with a little coconut milk.
